And the other boy is Chris. Chris is very interesting. He has dark brown hair with brown eyes and he speaks Spanish. He is shorter than me, but I don’t care. If you were to meet him you would think he was just an annoying kid who likes to show off. But actually this year he is different. In P.E today I grabbed a basketball from the bin and I walked on the court and made a couple shots. Then I guess he noticed me, and stood up from the indoor bleachers where his friends were sitting and walked over to me and asked me if I wanted to (never ever asked me to do anything with him ever) play one on one with him. “Yes or no”

Then we started running and dribbling the ball 🏀 a bit. After I turned around to try to make a shot, he told me I had to pass it to him, so I did. Then he explained what I needed to do and we played. When I was defending/blocking him he started looking at me. He held the eye contact for a while until he broke it and made a shot. I ran up and got the ball and dribbled it back up the court and shot it but missed. Then I grabbed the ball, thinking I had to make another shot, then he told me I had to pass it to him. But that was after I had let go of the ball. So then I got it really fast so he wouldn’t be annoyed, and then before I turned back around, I heard him call my name. Which don’t laugh. It made me smile a bit. 😬🥴 yup I know. And then when I pivoted around he smiled again and asked me to pass the ball. So then I started blocking him and we made eye contact for a long while until he didn’t see where he was going and slipped and fell on the floor. I was a little hesitant to do this next thing because my P.E teacher kept walking out of his office back and forth. But I finally got the guts. And I reached out and pulled his arm lightly to get him back up. And then he looked at me across the gym so I told him that I had made a really far shot, and he walked over to me. Then I showed him where I shot it from. And I did it again and he saw along with his friend.
The problem with Larry is that I’m best friends with his sister and she knows I like him. The other problem is that when I went to his sister’s birthday party he didn’t say a single word to me. That’s not all. This girl with long red curly hair started singing and Larry was looking at her and she was looking at him. 🥺I don’t know what i should do now with all these feelings.
