Apple pie is definitely one of the best and most popular pies in the world. But if you are getting ready for Thanksgiving, Christmas or just any weeknight dinner, making an apple pie from scratch can take a huge amount of time.
That’s why we are so in love with this amazing twist from Miranda Ibañez. With a pan and basic ingredients, you can get this no-bake apple pie ready in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 4 apples
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
- 4 tablespoons wheat flour or cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- a splash of milk
- a splash of vanilla extract
- A pack of white bread
Instructions:
Step 1: Wash and peel and apples; Chop the apples into small pieces;

Step 2: On a stove, heat a pan to medium heat; pour the apple in with half cup of water; stir and cook for about 7 minutes;

Step 3: In a bowl, mix the cinnamon powder, sugar and flour together;

Step 4: Put 4 spoons of the mixed powder onto the apple, stir a little; pour the rest of the powder in, stir and cook until the apple softens and the color turns into a perfect golden brown;

Step 5: In another bowl, break 2 eggs and stir with a splash of milk and vanilla extract;

Step 6: Microwave 2 slices of bread for 20 seconds and put 2 spoons of the apple pie filling onto one of them.
Make sure that the filling is in a round shape. Gently cover it with the other piece of bread.

Step 7: Grab a glass of similar size and press it downwards on the sandwich.
While press the glass hard, keep turning the glass in one direction to seal the edge of the pie. Cut off the corner and gently remove the pie from the glass.

Step 8:Dip and cover the sandwich with the egg mixture and pan-fry till the color turns golden.

Step 9: Add some whip cream on top with cinnamon powder; Or enjoy directly if you like your apple pie without cool whip.
